Refund policy

Order Cancellations:


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have already begun processing and cannot be canceled.

 

Returns & Exchanges:


We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged. Personalized or custom pieces cannot be returned.


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shopvelere@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.


Defective or Damaged Items:


If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or  defective items.


Order Changes:


Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or items are only possible within 24 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Your personal information is safe with us. We never share your data with third parties and use secure methods to process payments.
